Hey @liatto – There are a few reasons that error bulletin tin occur, but I would propose enabling logging in the Facebook plugin settings (Marketing > Facebook) and then making certain that the shop currency is gear up to one of the currently-supported options: USD, CAD, GBP, EUR.

If so, change the store currency to one of the other options and then change it back and retry.

Hey @mutdog – Try the to a higher place besides, and if that doesn't help, create a new thread of your own and we'll assistance yous there.

@shaunkuschel cheers for your fast replay. I looked at the settings at Marketing – Facebook and the product sync is enabled, I am not able to modify any of the options as it is not connected. I take changed the currency to USD and also to EUR, but over again everything is good until the terminal pace. On the Facebook side it says You are all Set and the On WooCommerce I get Something went wrong.

    Hey in that location @liatto,

Could you follow the instructions from here to completely remove the facebook app so connect once more?

@simplysaru thanks for your answer. I have checked the link, but the trouble is that I practise not have the Disconnect choice. This is what I practice have – https://vanitta.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/Screenshot-from-2021-07-01-11-23-09.png

@liatto Thanks for letting the states know.

Could y'all reconnect the extension (https://d.pr/i/M3UlSf) and then return to following the disconnection steps linked above?

    (@liatto)

@kvvsi thank you again for the fast response. I clicked on the link and I followed all the steps, Facebook said you are all fix, but over again I got the same mistake from Woo. https://vanitta.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/Screenshot-from-2021-07-02-ten-56-58.png

    Hey there @liatto,

Looks similar your store currency (Bulgarian Lev) isn't a supported currency on Facebook and hence you are getting this fault.

Here is a list of supported currencies.

Yous could try changing the currency to EUR or GBP temporarily during the connectedness and back to your native later on. This might work. If that doesn't then I am afraid this might work for you at all every bit the currency isn't supported by Facebook.

    Thread Starter liatto

    (@liatto)

@simplysaru I already changed the currency to the supported one and even so I become the same bulletin. It was working fine before the plugin updated fifty-fifty though the currency wasn`t supported. The store was connected fine.
As well I exercise accept few more online stores the are with the same BGN currency and they are working fine and were able to reconnect. I don`t retrieve is the currency.

How I can delete the plugin and delete all the values that information technology created inside the database? Maybe getting a fresh copy will work?

    Hey @liatto,

Could you endeavor to delete the options via https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/options.php, please search for wc_facebook_external_business_id from there and remove this and endeavour once more.

If you do take access to the database, please gratuitous to delete the following tables later on removing the plugin first.

                                  wc_facebook_product_catalog_id wc_facebook_external_merchant_settings_id wc_facebook_feed_id

Exercise keep us posted on how this troubleshooting works out for you.

@simplysaru cheers! There is something really strange. I have removed the plugin, but there are no tables like these in the database. I and then installed the plugin over again and these tables are still missing. Could that be the thing that causing the trouble. Possibly it didn`t populate the tables within the database?
If then can I do that by myself?

    Hullo @liatto –

Thanks for your reply. That is definitely odd that the tables are missing like that! I would recommend downloading a fresh copy of the plugin and manually installing it. If that doesn't resolve the event, and then I would suggest manually adding the tables to the database equally you take suggested.

You can use a plugin like WP phpMyAdmin to help with this. Let united states of america know how this goes!
